@Baixa Coimbra promotes free training for traders from January 16th

The @Baixa Coimbra project, funded as part of a joint application by the Coimbra City Council (CM), the Agency for the Promotion of Downtown Coimbra (APBC) and CoimbraMaisFuturo to the “Digital Commercial Neighborhoods” funding line of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), has several free monthly training courses planned for downtown merchants and the general public, which will start this month. “Sales Techniques and Complaint Management: Difficult Customers, Solutions”, “English Language: Tourist Information about the Region”, “Digital Marketing Techniques and Social Network Management” and “Point of Sale Animation: How to create perfect environments?” are the proposals for this month.
