The Coimbra Antiques Fair will be held next Saturday, November 22, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., in an edition that will take place exceptionally on the axis of Praça 8 de Maio, Rua Visconde da Luz and Rua Ferreira Borges, due to the occupation of Praça do Comércio by the Christmas Market.

More than three decades of tradition

Promoted by Coimbra City Council for 33 years, the Feira de Velharias is one of the oldest of its kind in the country and a meeting point for collectors, locals and visitors to the city.

Antiques and pieces for all tastes

Throughout the day, the public will be able to find a wide variety of objects linked to different areas, from ceramics, jewelry, goldsmiths and tinsmiths to household items from other eras. Collecting continues to make its presence felt, with exhibitors dedicated to medals, stamps, vinyl records and books from bookstores.

Next edition

The fair will return next month, on December 27, maintaining its monthly regularity and its prominent role in the city’s urban cultural program.
