Uata is a burger joint that originated in the heart of Belém, in northern Brazil, in 2013. Founded on the premise of offering quality at an affordable price, it initially served a young clientele near a well-known local university. Over the years, Uata won over many hearts, eventually leading to an opportunity for expansion—becoming the first 100% Brazilian burger joint on European soil.
