Installed in an old tower of the medieval wall, the Coimbra Guitar and Fado Center explores, through interactive objects and equipment, the various phases in the history of this music that is characteristic of the city of Coimbra. Two of the guitars that the great master Carlos Paredes gave to the city are on display here.
The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10h00 to 13h00 and 14h00 to 18h00. Closed on Mondays and public holidays.
