The “Tudo a Que Tem Direito” initiative took place on March 27 at the D. Pedro V Municipal Market in Coimbra, with the aim of raising awareness and informing citizens about their rights as consumers.

Promoted by the Coimbra Social Network’s “Housing” Working Group, within the scope of the 2026 Action Plan and as part of the Consumer Month celebrations, the action was open to the community and sought to strengthen participants’ literacy and training in this area.

During the morning, the team from DECO – Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection) provided personalized explanations, information materials and free support on matters such as complaints, guarantees, online shopping and service contracts.

The initiative is part of the “Housing” axis of the Coimbra Social Network, which includes actions aimed at improving the living conditions of the population and strengthening integrated responses, with a special focus on families in situations of greater vulnerability.
