October brings new opportunities for discovery to the Coimbra Municipal Museum

Throughout the month of October, the Coimbra Municipal Museum (MMC) is presenting a diverse program for schools, families, and the general public, featuring educational workshops inspired by special occasions, drawing sessions, themed tours of the Telo de Morais Collection, and guided tours exploring the city’s heritage and history. As is customary on the fourth Saturday of the month, on October 24, admission is free to the various sections of the Coimbra Municipal Museum, with the exception of the Mikveh.

The program for school groups highlights some of the month’s key historical events and offers activities that combine heritage, history, art, and creativity. The initiatives are designed for different grade levels and take place at the various locations of the Municipal Museum, subject to prior registration.
