Training “BARRIER-FREE SERVICE: INCLUSION AND ACCESSIBILITY”

Framework
To raise the qualification of workers in the sector, a new Training Program has been created to address this important challenge: Formação +Próxima (Closer Training).
To implement this Program, Turismo de Portugal identifies Municipalities as strategic partners, since they are the closest agents to local realities and key drivers of the strategic change to be achieved within their territories.
Objectives
- Understand the concepts and benefits associated with inclusion, accessibility, and barrier-free customer service
- Identify attitudes and practices that promote or hinder accessible service
- Adopt inclusive behaviors
- Recognize accessible service as a business opportunity
Target Audience
Professionals in commerce and tourism. Other interested participants are also welcome.
